Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how refunds work:

  • Eligibility: You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Perishable goods, opened food products, and clearance items.

  • Process: To request a refund, contact us at cus_service@homepet.com.my with your order number and reason.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
